In need o a new Minipump

and +1 for the Lezyne Road Drive. It's tiny, gorgeous and effective. What more could you possibly want in a pump?

+1 for the Lezyne Pressure Drive. It's a wee bit more than £15 but IMO it is worth every penny.

of those four, the lezyne is the only one i'd touch. the other three you might as well try blowing up a road tyre with your lungs.

ive gotta topeak micro rocket, very good (for a mini pump0.. dont go for the sks one, tis bad. have my old one if you want, you may get 10psi outa it before your arm falls off

I bought a Lezyne Pressure Drive and think it's great. Although it takes a fair number of strokes to get a decent amount of air in a tyre it's rare that I need to use it.

The main reason I bought it, along with the great build quality, was the flexible hose - no more bent Presta valves, and it's the only way I can satisfactorily get a pump between the spokes on my kids' bikes (14" and 20" wheels).

I've never found a mini-pump that really does the job for anything more than just getting home / to safety - and even then only after a lot of hard work! I, too, carry a CO2 inflator - quick, easy, lightweight, does the job. Go for the 16g cartridges if you decide.

If you want something compact I would suggest either a CO2 inflator or a Lezyne Road Drive. If you don't mind something a bit larger, I would recommend a Topeak Road Morph. I got one of these after struggling with a Blackburn Airstik. All cost more than your budget, unfortunately.

The ones you link to above all look too small to be of any use whatsoever.
