I agree with TERatcliffe, Uran has plenty of chance in the current squad and given his and Henao's team work and encouraging results at this year's Giro I'm sure they'll get the nod together for at least one of next year's Grand Tour's, either the Giro or the Vuelta depending on profile and what Wiggins wants to do.
I'm sure that Wiggins will want to race the TdF as defending champion but he may not race to win if the course clearly suits Froome more. If that's the case he may have eyes for one of the Giro or Vuelta and which he goes for will probably dictate how the rest of the squad plan their season.
Uran has had chnaces though imo, had his chance at the Giro,a nd gets plenty of chances for classics wins where wiggins and froome never seem to ride (today for example)
It wouldnt suprise me to see Uran leave tbh, he wont stick around too long if his chances are limited.
Wouldn't surprise me if Dombrowski goes to Sky, with him, Uran and Henao they'll be well set for GC contenders for the next ten years or so.
It'll be interesting to see where the next Brit comes from though, surely with Sky's main focus being getting Brit's on the top steps of Grand Tour podiums they'll need to plan ahead for when Froome starts to drop off around 2017. Or now that they've acheived their aim of a Brit winning the TdF are they now just another team that'll take anyone of any nationality and no longer a British team?
Boonen will no way leave OMPQS.
Dombrowski is apparently signing with Sky, I hope thats not true
And rvp to man utd
They couldn't win the tour with that team.
Froome's time has come.
Froome
Wiggins
Henao
Uran
Rogers
Sivstov
Porte
Stannard
Pate
Sky have a dream team; and the loss of any of their top riders would detract from the teams prowess.
I hope they support Bradley Wiggins in an attempt to win a second Tour de France? Froome needs more experience.
Sky Team for 2013 tour should be >
Bradley Wiggins
Geraint Thomas
Mark Cavendish
Ian Stannard
Swift
Froome
AND ??
Albasini and Zaugg I think to IAM.
EBH should switch solely to classics as he has the climbing ability and the sprint. He is a damn good TT'er so has the stamina as well.
But i agree Sky need another couple of classics riders and another GC rider.
Id like to see Sky sign Tony Gallopin, along with another Classics specialist as that is where they are lacking
Now that's dedication
Here are the other's that are moving

END
Incase you are wondering how I found all this out??
I got BORED at 2am and decided to go through EVERY rider that had a Wikipedia entry and see if there was any gossip, thats how I harvested all those links above
SO every team here
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UCI_Professional_Continental#UCI_Profession...
And Here
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UCI_ProTeam#List_of_current_UCI_ProTeams
Also, its amazing how many former dopers are at continental level that I never knew about and thought they had disappeared forever. Here's an example
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christina_Watches-Onfone#2012_team
Liquigas just going to fold then at this rate.
Capecchi and Szmyd sign for Movistar.
Ooooooooh
Oop, he's going to do Mountain Biking next year instead.
Eurgh
Nope, He's going to OPQS or Astana. His mountain bike comments was something to do with no Dane's being in the MTB at the Olympics this year and he thinks he could have been in there
http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/fuglsang-lines-up-move-to-either-astana-...
http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/fuglsang-fancies-a-return-to-mountain-bi...
Well Fuglsang would be an OK super DS for Mehdi when things head up.
Be a shame to see Flecha leave Sky and Nordhaug. Both are hard working ds and cracking classics riders.
Fuglsang already said he is leaving so where's he going ?
A good Tour of Britain should get him a decent move.
By the sounds of it he could have moved up to WorldTour mid-season but wanted to give Endura the full year after they backed him. Loyalty in sport is always nice to see. Hopefully he can get onto a decent team with a good anti-doping program so everyone can see he's a great clean rider. Garmin or Sky would be ideal.
Jonathan Tiernan-Locke, currently with Endura Racing but hoping to elevate himself to a worldtour team.
John Tiernan-Locke I assume.
Forgive my ignorance....But who is JTL ??
Looking forward to seeing where Jakob goes
What is it with you and Mehdi Sohrabi?!
Here's the latest rumour mill:
http://www.cyclingfever.com/transfers.html
Interesting ones are:
Roche to Saxo
Nibali to Astana
Oss to BMC
Apollonio, Flecha, Nordhaug leaving Sky
JTL to Sky (hoping he has a good season)
Greenedge?
Saxo will need to get a few higher rated in the UCI table riders else they wont have a pro tour race license next season.
Cav will be leaving I think.....But where to go? I cant see it being a Belgian team though. I know he speaks Italian and lives there.....But what about Spanish? Movistar??
Voigt to SKY appaz, after a year to be a DS.
Kreuziger may be good at SKY.
Cav to Team Virgin?
Along with SAGAN, Boonen and all the other good sprinters.
ERRRRR
Hoy to switch to road and dominate Ghent Wevelgem.
Flecha may leave SKY for BMC
EBH to Saxo?
Garmin will probably shed some rubbish American riders in return for some sprightly young Frenchies.
Pinot and Rolland?
JTL to SKY.
Andy back to SAXO and a SICK leadership battle for the Tour.
MEHDI SOHRABI needs a team built around him, he's a bit good to be languishing in the LOTTO BELISOL reserves.
