I've got a 2018 56cm Felt VR4. I'm 5 10 and have to have the saddle slightly forward past the mid way point to get comfortable , but that just me. You're nearly an inch taller so would fit slightly better. I did look at 54cm but having ridden the 56 I think I'd be all over a smaller frame.
Great all round mixed surface bike, OK on the road and fun on hard pack/ light gravel. Can take a 32mm tyre if you want to get a bit rougher or to just add comfort.

It would suggest 56, although personally I would sit on one as I am bang in the middle of those sizes and always find a 56 too stretched. I ride a 55 TT in other brands....
