I'd get the Giant. They're great bikes. Great build quality and presumably customer service (i.e. I have no recollection of endless threads relating to product failure followed by an unhelpful 'Sorry mate, we've got your money' attitude from someone online) and you can get it from your LBS!
Almost forgot to say that they have a peloton heritage stretching back to ONCE in the 90s and Telekom!
Be lucky to find much choice on the market in that price range at the moment
