I did a new build with 6800s and found it hard to get the exact information as to the flange size - IIRC, it's a couple of mm bigger than 6700 for which information is available e.g. on the edd calculator.
You could save yourself a lot off hassle swapping hubs by using an Edco (UK manufacturer) Monoblock 11 speed cassette on your 6700 hub. https://www.edco-wheels.co.uk/product/monoblock-cassettes/

My best solution so far is just to use a RS500 rear wheel as it looks pretty much the same as WH-6700.
That or buy a handbuilt wh-6800 with different rims. I'd make my own if I could find a rear 32 hole hub set... But cannot competitively source one.
I don't see the point, or the price, of the RS700 as the carbon is not making a significant decrease in weight... Maybe the bearings are better than rs500 but cannot find any info on that.
On closer inspection the hubs are not compatible.
