Warranty issue with Felt

Can anyone give me advice? Back in October 2024 the forks from my Felt Road bike were sent back for a warranty claim. Apparently the claim was accepted, but mid-April and Felt still haven’t sent the new forks despite initially saying they were posted in January (they clearly weren’t). The warranty portal says they were posted in March. Again, nothing. They won’t deal with me but only my bike shop where I purchased it. They’re as frustrated as me. But 6 months on and I still haven’t got my bike back on the road. What can I do? I’m desperate to get my bike back on the road and feel they’re just fobbing is off. Ive tried writing to customer services and my bike shop keep promoting them. Help!
