Zipp / Cognition Maintenance

I have the misfortune to own a set of very expensive Zipp wheels fitted with an expensive, and overly complex, Cognition 2 hub, which it seems requires maintenance with monotonous regularity.  The manual says only Zipp lube, or Phil's Bio lube must be used, neither of which seem to be available in Europe. I can appreciate that the finicky internals used in these pieces of junk will be fussy about oil consistency. Whilst there are obviously other lubes which will do the job, I have already had one hub replaced under warranty, due to a failure after only 500km, so am not keen to experiment.  Has anybody positive experience of using a different lube.

I am in the same situation. Also from Europe (Netherlands), owning Zipp NSW's with Cognition 2 hubs and having trouble finding the prescribed lubes.
Did you find any other lube available in Europe which would do the job?

i'm also a cognition hub v2 owner.

friends (spesh-mechanic) called SRAM/Zipp for me. They told hin, that the lube is not sold in Europe. Ceramic Speed Pully Oil is a suitable substitute
