Cyclists are being invited to take part in a ride on Sunday to remember Kris Cook, who died last weekend of a heart attack while taking part in the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100.
The ride will meet at Newlands Corner at 9am on Sunday August 17.
Kris had been taking part in the event with a group of friends including his partner Nicola Tait, with the pair aiming to raise money for Woking Hospice and Sam Beare Hospice.
His fundraising target was £500 but since last Sunday donations have poured in to his Just Giving page, with the amount raised now standing at almost £40,000.
