Trans Am Bike Race documentary Inspired to Ride gets world premiere in April (+ video)

Denver, Colorado is location for first screening + rider workshops - and you can watch thanks to Kickstarter campaign

A documentary riders including Yorkshire’s Mike Hall and Italy-based Juliana Buhring,in last year’s inaugural Trans Am Bike Race will receive its world premiere in April – and thanks to a campaign on Kickstarter, you can be part of the audience no matter where you are in the world.

Both riders will be among the audience at the premiere in Denver, Colorado on 11 April of the documentary Inspired to Ride, with 350 people expected to attend in person and others watching worldwide through livestreams, available to buy for as little as $20 on Kickstarter.

They will also be among some big names of ultra-endurance cycling who will be presenting workshops on the day to help share their experiences.

Other items available to buy through the campaign on the crowdfunding site, which runs until Wednesday 4 March include signed DVDs, limited edition t-shirts and some unique Inspired to Ride jewellery created by artist Lee Kinder.

This film might be shown as part of the Edinburgh Festival of Cycling in June, I hear that negotiations are currently under way...  3

Yes, we can confirm that there are on going discussions about this, and as soon as we can secure a suitable venue we will say more.
