If we've caught you before dinner, fantastic. If you've just eaten, you might want to think twice before watching the first video we've got for you.
We're talking about your dinner because the starter in this eight-course video meal features Norwegian journalist Nicolay Ramm taking on a monstrous food challenge where he tries to match a professional cyclist's diet.
Ramm's stomach-abusing feat is followed by four videos centred around gravity and our ability - or lack thereof - as human beings (and raccoons) to manipulate it.
Later, we've got the batman of cyclists - fighting bike crime in New York atop a Citibike - some really awful driving, and some really awful cycling; you know, to balance things out.
Enjoy.
Norwegian journo tries to out-eat the pros
If you've ever tried to significantly up your calorific intake, you'll know that it's not as easy as it sounds - especially if you're forcing yourself to eat way more in one sitting.
Watch Nicolay Ramm do just that - and then seriously regret it.
One Shot: Brandon Semenuk's unReal Segment
Here at road.cc plenty of amazing mountain bike videos pass over our desktops every week, but it's not often we sit in as much awe of the cinematographic skills on show as we are of the incredible riding.
This is entire downhill run, undertaken by acclaimed downhill rider Brandon Semenuk, who - quite unbelievably - was injured at the time, and only did the full run once.
The shot, which is arguably the best bit about the whole film, was taken from a custom-built road alongside the track which itself took three weeks to build.
So, it's safe to say a lot of work went into this. We think it was worth it.
Smarter every day
Brandon Semenuk's balance in the previous clip was sensational, sure. But he absolutely would not be able to pull off the feats of balance that Destin Sandlin, scientist and YouTube personality, demonstrates here.
So, if balance isn't all about athletic ability, we can all hit a run like Brandon did in the video above, right?
Raccoon rides a bike, and is called Melanie
Following on from the blurb above: if anyone can hit a run like Brandon Semenuk, surely anything can ride a bike.
Well...
Drinking and riding doesn't work
As if you needed any more evidence that balance is as much in the mind as it is in the body and the legs. The video below is the perfect demonstration of what happens when you've had a bit too much to drink and you try to ride home.
NYC Citibike vigilante chases iPhone bike thief
Dashcam crime catchers are a huge market in the online viral video industry. Here's another example, this time in New York.
The NYPD issued a plea for identification via their 9th Precinct Twitter account for the cyclist who had allegedly made off with two mobile phones.
Don't blink or you'll miss it. The action happens very early in the video, but the good samaritan/batman wannabe on the Citibike is hot on the perp's tail. We can only assume, however, due to the police tweet, that our man didn't make the citizen's arrest we were all dreaming of.
Awful driving in 'Don't Murder Me' compilation
As always, no video round-up would be complete without a little bit of bad driving for us all to gawp at.
This time it comes in a handily created compilation package via YouTube user ibikebrum, who is a big Grateful Dead fan and released his 'scariest moments biking in Birmingham' video in conjunction with the band's 50th anniversary.
Insane swarm of red light-jumping cyclists
As you've read and watched, we're all about balance on road.cc today. So we couldn't - in good conscience - feature a bad driving video without a bad cycling one.
The uploader of this video, who lives in South Florida, said on Reddit that he sees this sort of behaviour all of the time, but that this was the first time he had managed to catch them on camera.
The quantity and relentlessness of their red light jumping is frightening.
