VIDEO: "Perfect" day at New Forest Spring Sportive

You can see for yourself in the video below but last Sunday's first event in the Wiggle Super Series, the New Forest Spring Sportive, was a "perfect" day for over 1,000 cyclists through beautiful undulating Hampshire countryside, according to organizer Martin Barden.

"The event was a massive success with over 90% of the entered riders turning out to ride this stunning course. The team at UK Cycling Events are still buzzing from all the positive comments we've had. It was perfect weather day really, topped off with an excellent start to the Wiggle Super Series. Thanks to all the riders, sponsors and helpers for making it a success."

There are still places for this coming Sunday April 25th where the second event in the Wiggle Super Series is the Ups and Downs Sportive near Dorking which offers three options: the 101-mile Epic, the 70-mile Standard or the 45-mile Fun route.

And then on May 2nd it's the Jurassic Beast in Dorchester – which is believed to have some of the best vistas amongst UK sportives. Details of all 13 events in the Wiggle Super Series can be found here.
