Sir Bradley Wiggins has been fielding questions from other pro cyclists, as well as former Arsenal and England footballer Lee Dixon (who is a bit of a cycling nut) on topics such as how it felt to ride the Hour, and what his plans are after he retires.
Speaking to former pro rider Dan Lloyd of GCN at the recent Dubai Tour, the 2012 Tour de France winner and four time OIympic gold medallist is as ever an engaging subject for an interview that doesn't follow the script he's perhaps used to. Here it is.

How's about, if you use active transport funding to fix a road it straightaway becomes default 20mph so everyone can use it in relative safety?

To be fair, he'd only be riding in a cycle lane where it wasn't a bus lane, a side road or a junction. Cycle lanes always vanish when one of those...
