It's Monday afternoon and the DealCatcher's got a happy little hamper of bike goodies to lighten your mood.
We start off with an Italian Dedacciai Progetto aluminium road bike which is currently experiencing a stellar 30% discount over at Wheelies.
Sticking with Wheelies, they've got a great selection of discounted lights at the moment, including this Izone Prism & Curve II set. We reviewed the Curve light in January, you can check out that link further down this page.
Over at Merlin we've picked out a pair of their Bont Riot shoes which, along with the rest of Merlin's Bont shoe range, is currently discounted by 50%.
Finally, Chain Reaction Cycles have Continental's incredible Grand Prix 4000S II road racing tyres at a 40% discount for a pair.
Wheelies
We like Italy here at road.cc. Really, we do. We like the Giro d'Italia, we like the Dolomites, and we really like our yearly road.cc Italy week.
We also like Italian bike brand Dedacciai. The bike of theirs that we had in to test most recently was their Atleta road bike, which is a fair bit more expensive and race-focussed than the Progetto we're covering today.
Either way, our man Dave Atkinson said the Atleta was "uncompromisingly fast," which is great if you're after speed.
If you're in the market for an Atleta though, speed might not be top of your agenda.
That's not to say that the Atleta is a slow bike; it's just not built to race. The Atleta is designed to strike a balance between speed and comfort, and it manages that via a geometrically relaxed frame, with a hint of racing pizzazz.
The bike comes equipped with a Campagnolo Veloce groupset, Miche Reflex wheels and brakes, and a Selle Italia saddle.
Izone's Prism and Curve II lightset offers a great, bright light package at a great price - especially over at Wheelies where you'll get the entire set for less than £15.
We reviewed the Curve II rear light back in January and our man Shaun Audane gave the little guy an 8/10.
He said that the light struck the perfect balance between the number of mode options, the light output, and the run time to make it a really compelling rear light option.
If the Prism front light follows in its rear brother's footsteps, this set becomes an absolutely unbelievable bargain.
Merlin Cycles
The first thing that Dave Atkinson said in his review of the Bont Riot road shoes was this:
"A heat-mouldable, carbon-reinforced race shoe for a hundred quid? The Bont Riot certainly ticks a lot of boxes. It's properly mouldable, as many times as you like, hard wearing and comfortable. There's a lot to recommend it."
Dave's early focus on the incredible value on offer within the Bont Riot road shoes is telling, and makes this deal all-the-more compelling now that their value has effectively doubled.
It's unheard of to be able to buy a pair of properly mouldable road cycling shoes for under £50, so if you're in the market for an upgrade in the shoe department, now might be the time to splash out.
Chain Reaction Cycles
Rounding off a trio of Dave Atkinson-reviewed DealCatcher products are Continental's Grand Prix 4000S II tyres.
Dave gave these tyres a run-out last spring as the current trend of road cyclists rolling on much wider tyres than they used to was just emerging.
The Grand Prixs Dave reviewed were 28mm tyres, but the ones on offer today are 25s. So, if you fancy a pair of incredibly fast and smooth racing tyres, but you're not sold on the wider profile, this is the deal for you.
They're 40% off for goodness sake!
The people at Hexlox have asked me to tell others about their black Friday deals, but I don't quite know what the offer is yet. But saving anything...
Would love to know if anyone else thinks the army green winter jackets are actually better than black to hide the cyclist profile in low light?
You two are going to have to help out the undereducated here!...

I'm unclear how simply considering the views of people who travel through an area is voting for rat-runs. No need to explain though.
