Great cycling deals on cyclocross bikes, pumps & turbo trainers

The DealCatcher's got a great looking BMC Crossmachine CX bike, a Tacx turbo trainer and a bargain track pump for you today...

It can feel a little doom and gloomy at this time of year here on the road.cc DealCatcher. With the summer waning and winter on its way it often feels like we're talking about preparing you for bad weather. Not today.

Today we're talking about the benefits of the coming months, specifically cyclocross.

If you haven't tried it yet, this winter is surely the time for you to get muddy. If it's not your cup of tea though, we do have deals other than this fantastic 25% discounted BMC Crossmachine.

Those deals are 20% off a Tacx Flow Smart Turbo Trainer over at Decathlon and 22% off Topeak's Track Floor Pump Joe Blow Max II over at Ribble.

Finally, grab yourself a bargain that'll come in useful now the temperature is dropping and spikey bits are falling off trees and punctures are abound.

We reviewed the Joe Blow 1 track pump back in 2009. We were impressed at its performance as well as its build quality - especially at such a low price tag.

Back then the Joe Blow would have set you back £30, today you've got the option of buying the new and improved version for £10 less than that. An analogue pressure gauge that reads to 160psi max, a duel head that's compatible with Schrader, Dunlop and Presta valves, and an oversized steel barrel will keep the pumping easy on your arms are waiting for you. What are you waiting for?

I bought exactly this Joe Blow pump, but not from Ribble, and it works very well and I wouldn't be without it.  Except that the fancy dual head failed within days of the guarantee expiring and I replaced it with a twenty-year-old, similar specimen found lurking in the shed.
