The Eroica Britannia competition is now closed
The lucky winner is Steve Hodgson!
Congratulations Steve, we hope you have a lovely time.
This week we have something a little different for you to win and not just you, but you and a riding friend can both win an Eroica Britannia Festival Pass for the Classic Event on the 17th June 2018 in the Peak District.
That festival pass means that you can camp from Friday 15th and enjoy the festival line up which is much more than just cycling with its eclectic mix of music, entertainment, exquisite shopping, incredible food & drink, and much more.
In the words of the organisers, the Eroica Britannia Classic is a challenge, so choose a ride distance that suits you and your friend's ability and then enjoy the pain of the climbs and the euphoria of the descents all while being cheered home by the thousands of spectators lining the course.
More details are available here:
It all sounds like a fantastic experience for the lucky winners, but even better than just the ride entry the lovely people at Eroica Britannia are covering the camping and parking for a max of 4 people so you can bring non-riding friends as well (they will just need to pay for festival entry which is £35 each) plus you and your riding partner will get Eroica Britannia Retro Jerseys, T-shirts, Caps and the ever useful Musette bag, perfect for walking around the event picking up souvenirs and holding your suntan cream.
Best get hunting your fancy dress costume. Tally Ho!
And if you need help finding a bike built prior to 1987 you can always hire one, so don't panic. Eroica Britannia has teamed up with some specialist partners who can help you find a bike, check them out here.
Where there's a Pimms, there's a way.
Best of luck and Rule Britannia!
