Huge Rapha fan, but yet another faux pas on their part, in my opinion. They've gone far too mainstream now and are as bad as anyone at cashing in on the 'cycling bug'. The complete opposite of everything they stood for.
So how much are they going to pay us then for using our bodies as advertising space for part of the Murdoch empire ?
Cue jokes about a yellow streak down your back, and streaky piece of piss on your arm....
Ho hum, we've been here before. I used to have the excellent Nike Tdf USPS kit worn specially for LAs 6th victory celebrations on st.21
However, it is good looking kit.
Tempted with the jersey, I must say.
jersey very nice but t shirt particularly ugly imo
Happy to wear the Rapha Etape jersey, lovely bit of kit.
And all those that were there no what the sufferfest of Semnoz was like
I like it, but an alternative idea for those of us who are not mad on logos might be the same jersey just with the yellow banding and the names of the Sky riders. Just a thought.
Sorry to live up to expectations, not a moan really, but black with yellow bands and winner's special editions is all a you know, he who must not be named. Apart from that it is quite classy, not too fussy. Sky kit has never been messy to look at.
No moans from me, it seems quite reasonable. I won't be buying it though. Just out of interest, if you buy a SKY replica (I know) Yellow Jersey, who is it made by?
NOW, this is more like it, I am neither a Rapha or Sky guy, but for those that are £80 for a piece of HISTORY is a great deal.
No-one should be moaning about the price on this one
I wouldn't bet on no moaning. Watch this space....
