If you want to attach a GoPro and a Garmin Edge computer to your handlebar, because you want to film your ride and record activity, the Indigo Dual mount is a smart solution to fitting both devices at the same time.

The Indigo Dual mount was funded through Kickstarter, the go-to website for new cycling product developers these days. The mount is injection moulded plastic with brass inserted threads and stainless steel Allen bolts.

The top part of the mount is where the bike computer goes. It's compatible with most Garmin Edge computers (200/500/510/800/810 and 1000 models) and also the Wahoo RFLKT. It uses the quarter-turn system familiar to any Garmin user.

The underside of the mount is compatible with GoPro cameras, the company's own front light, and Garmin Virb and Shimano video cameras. A bolt secures the camera mount into place.

The mount itself fixes to the handlebar with two small bolts securing it in place and is compatible with 31.8mm handlebars. You could fit it to a skinnier handlebar with some spacers (not supplied), or a few wraps of electrical tape or old inner tube would do it.

It's very easy to fit and remains fixed solidly in place. With a Garmin Edge 800 and GoPro mounted up it proved to be very secure, not budging even over rough ground. The Garmin computer slots into place very easily and firmly, and the GoPro camera doesn't move when bolted up.

The benefit is obviously reduced handlebar clutter, and one mount rather than two if you want to use a Garmin and GoPro at the same time. The mount places the Garmin out in front of the bar so it's easy to view the screen when riding, and the video camera produces good footage in this position. It's a bit more discreet than having it on your helmet or top of the handlebar.

There is no shortage of aftermarket computer and video mounts, and a few that do the combined trick this one does. It's well made and works well, and at the current price of £12 it's not too expensive either.

I have a couple of these and although good, one of them did break: overtightened the hex bolt and it snpped in the plastic.  probably my fault so don't overtighten!!

Like the K-Edge, I have a Barfly mount that does the same job but a lot neater and with the option of changing the adapters to suit your accessories.

Having two handlebar "rings" just takes up too much space and seems very excessive. Also agree with @Clayfit as this just looks so cheap and poorly manufactured.

Ugh!  Nasty sink marks on the surface from the injection moulding.  To the manufacturer if you read this: please make an effort to optimise the holding pressure/time and get rid of them.  They are really not a good witness to the quality of this product, and don't do it justice.

I have a k-edge for Garmin only, its a well machined piece of alloy, but for £12 combo bracket, made out of lightweight abs, you can go wrong at all.

It's HUGE compared to the K-EDGE combo mount, i have one of those and is alot more practical, alot smaller and does the same thing! If the author calls this "without cluttering your handlebar" and gives it 4 stars for that he should look at the k-edge, this product deserves maybe a 3 star rating.
