Primal's Frequency Evo jersey offers good comfort and performance in warmer temperatures, and the fit is slightly more relaxed if you don't want a skin-tight jersey.
The Q3 Elite material that Primal uses has a four-way stretch, which benefits the fit of the jersey. It deals well with sweat, making it ideal for tackling long rides in high temperatures. It dries quickly as well - you notice this when you stop for coffee after going like the clappers, it doesn't stay damp for long. It's also comfortable next to the skin if you choose not to wear a base layer.
The jersey has a well-tailored shape and it's a good fit. It's somewhere between an athletic and relaxed fit; a medium is a proper medium. The waistband is elasticated and there's a silicone lining that helps the jersey stay in place and not ride up your back when you are head down in the drops. The raglan sleeves are a good length on the arms, well they lined up nicely with my tan lines (an important consideration!)
While the material deals well with heat, your main means of ventilation is the full-length zipper, which lets you evacuate a lot of heat very quickly. It's a high-quality metal YKK zipper too, and there's a thin flap of material that sits over the top of the zip when it is done up that gives the jersey a good appearance.
The three rear pockets are generously sized and there's no issue carrying a pump, spare tube, mobile phone and some energy bars. I'd like to see one zipped pocket for securely stashing the house keys, though, but Primal isn't alone in this omission. A nice detail is the angled outer pockets, this makes it slightly easier to get at the contents.

Tell us what the product is for, and who it's aimed at. What do the manufacturers say about it? How does that compare to your own feelings about it?
Primal Jerseys are designed to wick and disperse moisture from the surface of the skin causing it to evaporate and lowering the overall body temperature. This moisture management system not only makes the garment more comfortable, but also allows the body to perform at its peak. All Primal jerseys are designed by cyclists for cyclists with graphics that resonate on or off the road.
3 Elite is a plaited double-knit fabric with 4-way mechanical stretch and a square grid texture which helps channel moisture away from the body while keeping the fabric ultra-light. The double-knit construction provides an excellent moisture management system, pulling moisture away from the back of the fabric and pushing it off the face to keep you dry and comfortable.
