Video first look: Cannondale SuperSix Evo Disc Ultegra

A £2,500 Shimano Ultegra-equipped road bike with hydraulic disc brakes

Cannondale’s SuperSix Evo Disc Ultegra has arrived at road.cc HQ for testing, and we asked the brand's Clive Gosling to talk us through its key features.

It’s a £2,499.99 road bike equipped with a largely Shimano Ultegra groupset and hydraulic disc brakes, and it weighs 8.5kg (18.7lb).

Check out our review of the Cannondale SuperSix Evo Hi-Mod Dura-Ace 1.

The Cannondale SuperSix Evo Disc Ultegra looks on the face of it to have a lot in common with the £2,199.99 Orro Gold STC Disc Ultegra that we reviewed earlier in the year, although the Orro is designed specifically as a gran fondo bike.

The Wilier GTR Team Disc endurance road bike that we tested is another vaguely similar rival in that it’s a carbon-fibre road bike with a Shimano Ultegra groupset and hydraulic brakes.

We’ll publish the full of Cannondale’s SuperSix Evo Disc Ultegra on road.cc soon.
