Yes, there is a risk that you'll have to pay customs duty and Royal Mail charges for buying on Etsy direct from Portland, USA.

You can get the Mopha roll on Etsy - I did, and shipping was pretty quick and reasonably priced:

It's lovely - much nicer than the Rapha one, which I compared it directly to when I needed a second one. I'm generally a fan of Rapha products, but the tool roll is just not as nicely made as the Mopha one and is more expensive to boot.
A shame that they are sold out ...
