Hello,
In the end, I used http://www.purplemooncustom.com/ which was really good. The cost was as just under £19 for an order of 10 jerseys.
The only thing is that you need to allow a few weeks between ordering and receiving the jerseys. I think they are produced in China.
Cheers
I know this thread is old now but I'm hoping someone will pick it up.
How did you get on with ordering the jerseys? I'm arranging my best mates stag to the tour of Flanders next year and thought cycling jerseys would be a bit different to the usual and generally tacky stag shirts. Where did you order from and how much were they?
Thanks
Steve
saw this retweeted by Festina girl on twitter- very thorough!

Thanks. Eclipse Cycling looks cheaper than the other ones I've seen...
I've used Eclipse cycling and they're very good. Top tip is to avoid light colours on the shorts as they go somewhat seethrough.
I've used http://www.eclipsecycling.com/ and got jerseys and bibshorts done for work- though it all depends how quickly you need them-usually a quick turnaround but then you are at the mercy of posting/courier times
I've never used them, but try these:
