Bugger 5th overall today. 2nd overall the other day. I just want a free buff!
Still waiting for my Classic San Sebastian price Dave??!!
Just in, Cheers for doing the scores
Thanks, G! You're the man!
I have just done the scores for stage 5....TER is working late I believe so I just got them done
Any idea if TERatcliffe is on a late one tonight before the scores go up?
I put Betancur and Thomas in my team last night but even though they show as being in my squad I have been awarded points based on my team before I made the changes. I'm guessing Dave is going to fix that.
Ah, no, the results for stage 6 aren't showing at all. My mistake.
1,2,3,4,5,9
Not too shabby! had the wrong Izaguirre though would of tidied it up nicely
1,2,4 and little else. Shame about Kelderman's mechanical at just the wrong moment, was interested to see how well he would do. His Nibs bailed out, playing the long game for the TdF this year looks like...
Std
1,2,3,4 plus Chavanel
Purist
2,4 plus Coquard, Degenkolb, Chavanel Bernaudeau
Happy with that tbh
Vuillermoz in the lead, slides out and crashes going up an uphill 180º hairpin! Costa passes him, then Betancur passes and wins!
Gone with
Betancur
Rui Costa
Stybar
Denifl
Thomas
Kelderman
Vichot
Izaguirre
Fouchard
Couldn't afford Costa or Fuglsang, got the other faves and a few decent wildcards though. Plus Bernaudeau!
And the PR continues for Kittel and his bike:

Gasparotto chasing down the break 2mins 50secs now
new break 10 men
1min35
Stephen Cummings (BMC),
Jens Keukeleire (OGE),
Mattia Cattaneo (LAM),
Pim Ligthart (LTB),
Giovanni Bernaudeau (EUC),
Gregory Rast (TFR),
Aleksandr Kuchynski (KAT),
Adrien Petit (COF),
Allessandro De Marchi (CAN)
Florian Vachon (BSE).
Hey! A 3.0 rider in there! Bernaudeau!
Kept Chava and Degenkolb in took a pen. If Degnkolb tries his darndest he may stay in top 10 today and top 5 in young riders but will definitely be winning the points. Hopefully Chava will stay around for the early mountains even if he does not contest the finish.
Betancur, Kelderman, Slag, Chava, Degenkolb, Sepulveda, Denifl, Thomas, Styby
Results on Cote de Bonnieux
Km 36.5 - Cote de Bonnieux (3rd cat)1.
Sylvain Chavanel (IAM)
Thomas Voeckler (EUC)
Michel Koch (CAN)
Chava 35secs on his own
Result of the sprint in Lourmarin
Km 45.5 - Lourmarin
1. Sylvain Chavanel (IAM)
2. John Degenkolb (GIA),
3. Zdenek Stybar (OPQ),
All back together
1 Change today his Nibs is in
Costa
Betancur
Thomas
Slagter
Nibali
Degenkolb
Engoulvent
Fouchard
Cummings
And he's at it again (!)
Sylvain Chavanel has formed a group that goes ahead along with Hushovd, Yates, Steegmans, Engoulvent, Koch, Timmer and Delaplace according to @PelotonWatch
Very thoughtful and ingenious of Kittel and his PR people!

Way to start the day!

And if that (!) wasn't enough, Trek saw an opportunity and put this (!) out there!

Feeling pretty good about my team for today (no pens), but that's rarely a good sign...
Betancur, Nibali, Rui Costa
Izagirre, Thomas, Kelderman
Sepulveda, Frank Schleck, Rovny
That is (!) a nice team. That looks super (!) for the day. Gonna be hard to beat!
