Still, had Boekmans, Berhane and Demare who mitigated somewhat the 40 point penalty hit. Also backed R. Janse Van Rensburg at 125/1 each way! Just £1.50, but still, tidy wee profit

As per yesterday I made changes ....but not a single top drawer sprinter went in just thwaites who is coming out tonight , didn't expect much from today and I was right

Wanted Demare so was short on funds for another sprinter, went with Thwaites who came 17th! Get in.

Also got 20 points from Benedetti so 76 made me 100th on the stage...

same as joelsim, brought in demare and roelandts so a solitary 8th place today from the top 20.

Made 5 transfers for today (3pens) 2 off them have dnf today flippin awesome

Gougeard,Grivko,Jensie,Edet,Erviti,Favilli,Ligthart some of the leading lights in that break.....FDJ and Giant leading the peloton

However, as the break is so poor FDJ have stopped chasing and the dropped riders may catch up, so as to frustrate us with their poor showings in the end sprint

Roelandts has been dropped too

Giacomo Nizzolo (Trek), who has pulled out, Leigh Howard (Orica) who didn't make it back to the bunch after the crash and Thor Hushovd (BMC) who has been dropped at the bottom of the côte de Lavet, are no longer in contention, shall the race end up with a bunch sprint.

Glad I went light on the sprinters today...just Demare and Roelandts for me.
