Not surprising really. Transfers burn a hole in your pocket.
It looks like standard users CAN win prizes......if true then that would DEFINITELY be something I'd like to see looked at next season
Where is this rule that free teams can't win the prize? I can't see it.
Even if you only played the premium TdF game, £10 on the chance of winning a £1k plus bike, sounds like a good deal to me to be honest.
The matter is that I can only play Tour France game because during the rest of the season I’ll be out of home and sometimes there’s no wifi access available. And if you don’t have wifi access and possibility to do changes it’s no sense to pay 10€ for playing only tour of france.
I thought the prizes were open to all.
I'm non-premium and I thought I was in with a chance of the daily prizes! Ha ha! Wouldn't have tried so bloody hard if I knew it was all a waste of time.
What is the unlimited carrying over of transfers?
Non-Premium players could only bank a maximum of 2 transfers and therefore only use a maximum of 4 per stage....so if you had 4 transfers and used none you would still only have 4 for the next stage whereas premium players would have 6.
The Non-Premium guys(led by enrique)often argued that this gave an unfair advantage but to be honest I still see more or less the same names at the top regularly.
Totally agree with ray silvester on this one...And anyway nibalifan, if you really are a Nibali fan your prize winning opportunities look doomed...
Nay,Nay and thrice Nay
Would they go into a shop and see a 'buy one get one free' offer and ask for the freebie without buying the first one?
What it would do is see players in the game for the big prizes downgrade to standard?
The standard players were already granted a massive 'equaliser' with the unlimited carrying over of transfers this season anyway......and perhaps forget that without the 'funding' of those stumping up £10 there would be unlikely to be a game full stop!!
#MoneyTalks
Perhaps what Nibalifan means is, is it not feasible to offer prizes to non-premium members solely during the biggest race on the cycling calendar - the blue riband event - and that maybe doing so would lead to more punters coughing up for the rest of the season?
Or maybe s/he meant something totally different.
lol, nowt like coming straight to the point ray
really?
Why do standard users expect all f the benefits of premium for free?
Clear enough?
I don't understand your answer...
Cheapskate
