Did I misunderstand the point calculations for the ITT:
Scoring notes for this competition
50, 40, 30, 25, 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 for first 20 finishers in road races and time trials
20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 for members of first ten teams in team time trial
Bonus points awarded by country, not trade team, for IT and road race

I understand the second description above as: for each person from the same country as the winner, you get 20 extra points, etc.
My team was
Martin (Germany)
Teutenberg (Germany)
Arndt (Germany)
Wiggins (GB)
Dowsett (GB)
Vorobyev (Russia)
Ovechkin (Russia)
Quaade (Denmark)
Coppel (France).
So taken that Wiggins won, and was as the same nationality as the winner (!) he gets 50 + 20. Dowsett came 20th so gets 1 + 20 since he is also from GB. Have I got this wrong? Based on my understanding the riders should have received.

The number in brackets being what I did get. So my total gives 230, against the total in brackets of 125... Where did I misunderstand the scoring?!

oh okay! The wording there was pretty confusing as in every other competition I'd entered the points were somewhat more transparent!
Hey ho... I still pulled out a decent enough result given that my tactic turned out not to work for the intended scoring!
Those numbers 20,18,16 etc are for team time trials for the other day.
A teammate bonus is only ever 5 points, so dowsett being british got 1+5
And Wiggo 50 + 0.
