Wow! Thanks for the recommendations fellas... will do a bit of research into all 3.
Hotel Viva in Alcudia. Has bike hire in the basement and the hotel offers all inclusive pricing so good for cyclists eating for big rides.
Rooms are really nice and there is a spa onsite for post ride chillout. Will be there is March next year for the club annual spring bootcamp.
We have just come back from staying with veloventoux. They were brilliant and they are running a winter training camp in Majorca in March. I think it is £359 for the week. http://www.veloventoux.com
We've stayed at the Puerto Azul in Pollensa and can't complain about it at all! It's set up very well for cyclists with a massive lockable storage area underneath the hotel. It's not the most luxurious you'll ever stay in but is a good price. Depends what your priorities are really!
