Thanks for the info guys. The Kinesis ones seem like good value, not too heavy and if they can handle to cobbles, they'll be able handle anything I throw at them![1](https://cdn.road.cc/sites/all/modules/contrib/smiley/packs/smilies/1.gif)
price up some wheels built on a Hope Pro2 Evo hub and you'll have no problem adapting them to whatever standards come along (you just fit different axle adapters) but check you get the 11spd version.
I have the Kinesis CX Discs on my bike, they come in at under 1600g, ride really well and have a decent number of spokes. They are also really stable in cross winds. I gave them an absolute beating in Belgium on the weekend and they are still perfectly true. I haven't yet found a disc wheelset that's considerably lighter than that (even if you spend £1k plus on carbon ones).
Other than that, the new Hunt ones look good (and are thru-axle compatible for the future). The decision maybe comes down to whether you want to run centrelock or 6-bolt discs, although the Kinesis ones are about £100 cheaper (at around £250) if you shop around.
