I Purchased Lake CX237 road shoes in August last year.
The heel cup has become "baggy" and as such I now suffer heel lift when climbing.
I contacted Christain, (the Lake CEO), and he has organised replacement witing 3 days.
I am upgrading to the CX402 shoes so will have a little wait whilst they come in.
I E mailed Christian late on a saturday afternoon and by Midday sunday I had a reply. On Monday he passed the comunication on to his UK rep and by Tuesday everything was in place with my local Lake shoes dealer.
I cannot fault their service.
Personal service from the CEO on a SUNDAY!
Not many would do that!
