Had those "magic" tubs surprisingly often. You have a flat and change it out on the road - get home and throw the tub in the cupboard with other punctures you intend to get round to fixing. Some time later when you blow it up to check where the leak is it stays up!

Did the valve stem get compressed during the crash causing the tyre to lose pressure...then this would obv be fine the next day.
Did your lbs put sealant in either tyres? That can fix the puncture.
Possibly. the tyre hasn't lost further pressure since being pumped up, so I imagine that could have likely happened. The lbs didn't put any sealant in either.
