Trainer road is very good, you can really focus on training at the correct power, paired with 3LC video it is the best work out I've had on a bike
Ok cool, what trainer do you have? I have the Elite Parabolic V Arion. It says it supports arion mag rollers but doesn't stipulate mine on their site.
this is why I got the vector as it is independent of the groupset.
As for trainer road, definitely get it, it helped me understand my own power and increase my fitness 100%.
Good article, thanks for putting it up.
Would like to get one on both my bikes, I'll get one for the wet weather bike first as that's the one I do my winter training on. And adding to the fact I've not come across a Campag Chorus one yet for the dry bike.
Also considering the Trainer Road software/app for my rollers but want to talk to people that have used it first to see if it's worth it.
