I have done the best part of 10,00km on my rs80-24's and highly recommend them. Fastest with Ultremo's in 23 but more comfortable with a 25mm tyre. That said, my commuting wheels are built round the Archtypes and 32 mm tyres and comfier still. 25's would sit wider and cosier on the archetypes than the rs 80's.
What do you want from wheels?
If you say durable then something like H Plus Son Archetypes on decent hubs will fit the bill.
Wiggle have them on DA hubs for £520, or Ultegra for £370.
You could get them build up onto CK Hubs for around the same price as a C24
