Cousin in big bike crash. Any solicitors recommended?

Hi there
My cousin was hit by a car last week and is still in hospital. The car driver has admitted liability and is insured but as he is self employed and will be off work for at least 2 months he wants a good solicitor is make sure he is not out of pocket. Anyone have any recommendations or experiences?
Thanks in advance

Leigh Day Central Park, Northampton Road, Manchester M40 5BP.
Tel: 0161 393 3538 Fax: 020 7253 4433 DX 53326 Clerkenwell

Using them myself. First class...and they do not take any of your compensation like the Ambulance chasers you see advertised on the Telly......They are British cyclings recommendation.....Don't go anywhere else.

thanks Batchy
Police are all over it. I've recommended the legal teams that BC and the LCC use but would be eager to hear if anyone has had any direct experiences with them

Has your cousin has contacted the police ? Is he a member of CTC or British Cycling, if so they have their own legal teams. Most good solicitors will have or know of sometime who specialises in these cases. It is important that the police have been notified as there may be criminal offenses to be dealt with.
