would recommend the protein works.com
I have been taking protein for 2-3 years every day, twice a day the 2 days a week I go to the gym, never get bloated but I believe it is due to the qulaity of the proteins I take.
I have used the hemp protein, paleo proteins (as I follow a paleo (ish) diet & now i mostly use the very high percentage count whey ie 80 - 90% & always unflavoured as I avoid any flavourings that have sweetners or sugar in them (but that's more to having a vicious addiction to sugar than anything else)
Their excellent value, literally the same as any in the shops but a far superior grade & they have a blinding amount of flavours & a huge amount of choice
good luck
fyi: I haven't gained any weight since i have been taking them, regualr cycling kills any hope u have of that!!
Protein shake but use isolate protein as its filtered from some of milk sugar that makes you bloated.
