Is there a obvious difference between this two except the shifter feelings. like weight, dust&water proof ability, rust proof ability or other factors. And some people recommend Shimano 105 over ultegra. Is there a obvious difference between this two?
Shimano Di2 anyday.
If not Di2 I go for ultegra. Shimano has much better build quality and just more durable.

Between Shimano and Sram, my choice is Sram. The lever body feels nicer in my hand, the shift is crisper and I don't like the floating feeling of Shimano's brake lever. But both work very well and neither is a bad system. Grab hold of the brake levers in the shop and see which fit your hand best. Cant comment on the new Campag stuff.
They're both extremely good. Go with the one which you like better (feel of shifters, if you like double tap etc).
What do you want to use it for? If you're sticking a handlebar bag (like an alpkit) on then SRAMs lever throw takes up less room so won't interfere. It also weighs less. You can match up a clutch mech to it as well.
Shimano will probs feel nicer but my SRAM apex feels great. The shape of shimano I had before fits my hands better though.
Ultegra can be had for £470 ish whereas force is more like £570 ish.
For a pure road bike I reckon ultegra. For an all terrain bike I reckon force.
Campagnolo Athena
Campagnolo Chorus.
Those that use Campy, generally swear by it. Bit like Apple users.
Me, I changed to SRAM a year or so ago after using Shimano for over ten years. If you can, go test the other system and see which you like and sod what people say.
Shimano ultegra
I guess it's down to personal preference and you will no doubt get people extolling the virtues of their own favourite.
I have never been well off to afford each of the different ones but have always found Shimano to excellent.
One consideration would be the difference in the shifters - SRAM's double tap has never appealed to me.
Campagnolo are not that hard to find, just try Wiggle for example.
