James thanks for the post mate!
Found out that I had been sold one from a cervelo display bike so the cranks were factory make to only fit thoughs bikes!!! Bad times.

I have but can't see what you are struggling with. (assuming you are using the 30mm axle ones)
I have an original AR2 and have fitted the Rotor power cranks. No spacers were required. 11MM is quite a lot as far as I understand there should be no Rotor cranks that require a spacer that big on a BB30.
On mine I have the bearing covers and did not require any of the very thin plastic washers. Do you have the rotary preload adjuster on the cranks?
