Brake squeal/ vibration

I have fairly recently fitted some Ultegra 6700 brakes onto my road bike (Btwin Triban 7). The past couple of rides they have really started to squel and vibrate. When I fitted I made sure I toe'd them in and they were fine for a few rides. I have wiped over the braking surface (wheels are Vision Team 30) and put a cloth between pad and brake surface to clean up. To no avail. Would they need re-toeing (i.e has the rubber leveled out?). It seems under gentle braking theres no noise, progress to intermediate braKing the noise comes in and then goes under heavier application. Ive not had a mess with them yet. Thought I would ask first!

Ta,

Paul

Thanks.. I only cleaned the rim due to the squealing I did it with soapy water and clean cloth and then wiped with just water & the squealing remained, Ive checked and they are still toe'd in.Ive moved them around a bit so will see what the ourcone is tomorrow morning!

Was there anything on the cloths?....a teensy bit of oil could wreck it.
Also make sure the actual calipers are tightened fully into the frame?

It's usually toe in that needs sorting out. This can be a faff but is worth perseverance. I now use SwissStop blocks rather than Shimano. They are pricey but they IMO are the best and don't seem to suffer the squeal.
