I have just successfully mounted a cattle prod my bars, for the pesky ipeds. Keep an eye on kickstarter for some item that no-one needs.

To be able to use/ding the bell where this is mounted means you will have to take your hand away from your brake (bad) and you will only have one hand on your handlebar (V bad) as the Dr. says above mount your bell (if you want to have a bell) where you can use it but still be in control of your bike.

I've got my bell mounted on the left hand drop just under the shifter, so I can hit it when iPeds step out without looking.
