in case no one knows.... consultation Cheltenham to Bishops Cleeve Cycle path

Apparently Sustrans were doing some thing in Cheltenham yesterday/today, i say apparently because i have seen f*** all publicity. well i did see one tweet linked to for today published today!
Anyway, it would seem the idea of a track between Cleeve and Cheltenham has got beyond the wish list. As i know a number of people on here are local-ish i thought it might be helpful to make people aware. Racecourse hill is unpleasant and any DECENT* alternative would be a good thing.
Being as Sustrans are involved they'll probably argue that the existing 1960's trackbed and the field they are proposing to use are perfectly acceptable!
