Brand X ?
Hi all
Anyone know anything about Brand X ? I think it’s Chain Reaction Cycle’s own brand. It's applied to frames and a few other bits on their site.
They’re selling Brand X carbon road frames for £400, and I’m thinking of buying one to build up as a training/sportive bike (I've already got wheels, groupset etc), but just wondering about frame quality. Any insights much appreciated.

never seen one of the frames in the flesh but have heard good things about them, and certainly the good citizens of CRC seem to have only favourable reports... they're probably taiwanese OEM frames, maybe surplus stock or maybe made to order. Either way, they'll come from one of the factories that's badging them up for a brand you have heard of, and adding a few hundred quid to the price...
worth a punt at that money, if it shows up and you don't like the look of it you can always send it back
