"I’m looking for ideas for a 100-120 mile ride this Saturday. I’m not real comfortable riding in traffic but I’m ready to start to venture off the comfort of the trails. My ideal ride would be a mix of trail and country roads, limit gravel (I will be riding road 28s) and keep elevation gain under 5000 (I don’t wanna die!) I live in Fairfax close to GMU so I have easy access to WOD, FFX Co Pkwy, Braddock Road and 123 trails/sidepaths. I’ve checked the Strava heat map and there are a ton of options off the WOD once I get past Leesburg. And it looks like there are some options in Prince William Co and Manassas, though I’m not sure how to comfortably get to them by bike. I don’t want to just take a leap of faith and jump off the trail into heavy and uncomfortable traffic so I’d really appreciate suggestions from people who have ridden in those areas. And other suggestions, such as routes in MD, are also welcome and Best balance bike"
