I placed my first order with them on Thursday and the package arrived today with a free thermal skull cap. Can’t fault them and would happily recommend.
Happy ending. Immediate response and a new jersey shipped and received within 24 hours. First one must have been lost in the mail.
I ordered some bibtights from them a couple of weeks ago. Got a processing email the next day then nothing for 10 days (I live abroad, mind). Was about to call them but the tights arrived that day. Hopefully it'll be cold enough tomorrow morning to try them out!
They're Manchester based so can't be too hard to get hold of.
If you're concerned have you tried ringing them?
I've only heard good things about Lusso so wouldn't rouse the mob just yet.
