If you want a list of the fancy jerseys the codes can be found at the bottom of this website

It would be great if Zwift did Match making games like Call of Duty that try and put people of similar abilities together as some Sub X watts per KG have been way faster!
Whenever you join an official ride or race, full gas as the timer counts down to zero. Or you'll be dropped from the get-go.
Ride the different routes each day learning them. Join a few races which suit your abilities
The GCN workouts are pretty good on there. And I recommend that you look to buy a fan.
Try a bit of everything to see what suits you best. it's tempting to just ride around when you start but joining organised rides/races/workouts gives you a much more focused experience. i'd suggest giving a group ride or workout first. i mostly like to race; you can generally go as hard as you're feeling up to and there'll be a group to hang with, especially on the flatter courses.

A few articles on Zwiftinsider are worth a read. It is where I got some tips when I started in December.
