Spinning bikes
The wife damaged her cruciate ligaments skiing two weeks ago and we could do with a exercise bike to help get her fit again. I may use it for training as well. What's a good spinning bike about £300

@scott You do realise the average age of the threads you're posting on is a little over 4 years ? Just a thought.
You can check the ION fitness Spin bike. Its in your budget and have some good features. Although it has some cons but you can consider it. Check online for some good reviews.
If you shop around you can find a BH fitness one for about £350, they're very sturdy. ebay might be a good bet though, there's not much to go wrong on a spin bike...
The best spin bike I have ever used is a Keiser M3 but they are very expensive well over £300. Perhaps e bay?
Anyone tried the new Livestrong spin bike with the drops?
