Double post![7](https://cdn.road.cc/sites/all/modules/contrib/smiley/packs/smilies/7.gif)
Thanks for the suggestions folks
Martin, i have something similar to that wallet, got it for xmas
I used to wear arm and leg warmers, but they just dont stay in place on my oddly shaped body, so switched to long sleeve tops and leggings for colder weather, Also, i really dont know why anyone would want to spend that much on a pair of sunnys?
If i was going to spend that much, i would go for something more substantial to cover up more, like the Jawbones
But after going out just after this post, at 4.30am and spend a few hours on the bike, i have decided i really need some of the butt'r cream stuff
Any good ones you folk have used?
3 pairs of Rapha merino socks for £30. best birthday present i had this year..
happy burfday btw.
Wow, it's my birthday today too!
I'm also in the position that I have birthday dosh to spend. Currently I'm largely a fair weather cyclist as I haven't any decent wet weather clothing. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
I think you should treat yourself to one of these http://goo.gl/f3XEB cos they're dead handy. Perhaps not enough of a treat? Add a pair of these then http://goo.gl/C8aUn - they're wonderful. Still not enough? OK, go mad and get a pair of these http://goo.gl/FXHs9 (I wish I could afford to).
As much as i've wanted that style of toolkit for a long time Dave, i cannot justify the expense for the amount of time i work on my bike, I do have a Park Tools work stand, makes it much easier to fix things and also clean bikes
Simon, i do like that look of that, if only to keep my gear in one place in my home, but i cant see the function of it unless you travel alot, but its a good idea to keep everything together
a quality workshop toolkit? a workstand?

This makes the cycling life much easier, and it's far more stylish than a Tesco carrier bag too...
