Fascinating article here about how David Zabriskie is undertaking the TDF on a vegan diet (well almost - don't mention the salmon).
Bet the Garmin boys were queuing up to bag the TTT slot in his slipstream, eh![19](https://cdn.road.cc/sites/all/modules/contrib/smiley/packs/smilies/19.gif)
Superb! Thanks for that article. I am always up for any challenge no matter what and I am frequently accused of eating like a pig, but this one I will pass on. This is not through lack of experience; whilst at work I had an eating competition with a Rugby player. A whole chicken, family sized bowl of salad, two large cream cakes and a few other things. I finally finished him off by eating a packet of strawbery laces. Happy days!
