More helmet cam dust up shenanigans apparently

I'm in work with my internet somewhat restricted so not actually seen this myself properly/fully but apparently this was from last Wednesday in Romford and they're looking to try and identify the culprit:

Appalling... saw the news report on the beeb which hopefully will lead to the derranged so n so being identified and held to account.

was very disappointed that it said the police are treating it as a 'public order disturbance'. I wonder if anyone threatened a officer of the law in a similar manner if it would merely be a 'public order disturbance' or a more serious offence.

What a knob - Hopefully the local dentist can identify him from his battlement shaped teeth

The footage starts too late to see the numberplate unfortunately, just an irate knuckle dragger in a flat cap.

That definitely qualifies as assault (even if he didn't hit him) + breach of the peace. My desire to get a helmet cam grows all the time.
