Have you tried raspberry cream Accelgel? Because it's the worst thing Iyou'll ever eat.
I think i'll just write a review for each one and keep them all on the computer to the end, compare them and roll it out into a review for road.cc i think
Have another review to put up for another product but dont know how to go about it
Glad you got sorted out Gkam. The High 5 pack was the one I was talking about. Would have answered earlier but been at work since 5 and only just off shift. Need some of that stuff to keep me awake
the mule bars rock. The shakes are great as well (just give them a good stir as well or you will be getting a mouthful of dust!)Look forward to seeing you feedback on them. Oh yeah Cycling Plus has reviews this month on various nutrition
Aye this is going to be one or 2 a ride, i'm not gonna just sit and munch it all, i think i'd be flying high and awake for a week![4](https://cdn.road.cc/sites/all/modules/contrib/smiley/packs/smilies/4.gif)
Oh no. You're giving me ideas about what a uni cycling club induction might involve.
Gkam, you might want to purchase some Immodium to go with that little lot. The Torq Yoghurt gels are strangely moreish. Will be interested in your findings. May I wish your stomach all the best.
So i'm going to conduct my own mini survey over a period of time, got my order lined up for next week when i get some cash in

Andy, thanks for that, also after clicking on a few to find out the price, OH LOOK, i can get them in 1's and just pick a few i want to try and get them all from Evans![4](https://cdn.road.cc/sites/all/modules/contrib/smiley/packs/smilies/4.gif)
I like the High5 tabs also - just got through my first tube and gone back to Evans to buy some more (sadly, Evans @ Gatwick IS my LBS)
Got roped in to a blind test for various energy bars, gels and drinks earlier this year

Spot the Foska jersey - that's me...
you can get the same trial pack of ebay. Prob not supporting the business, but, ya know...
Prob this I tried a week or two ago you get one of each and a water bottle - bonus

I think Ribble are selling Gu chomps and Jelly beans in small numbers if you want to give them ago but that's it in small numbers
Might be an idea to call round a few lbs or online shops see if they can make a selection box up for you
I do have two lbs in the village, but are a rip off, 2.25 for one gel?? that was for a SIS and i got them at Tesco for 1.45 a a gel
I have stopped with the Lucozade gels now because they are really thick and i wasn't liking them
I do like Powerbar Gel, but not enough to buy a case at a time but people keep recommending Torq for gels and Zipvit for drinks and night time ones
The only things i can find are like this
http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=70590
They are all fine and well if you want to work out if your a gels or chews person, apart from Lucozade jelly beans i've never found a chew i like and not a fan of "energy" bars, to much like cereal health bar things
Is this what you were talking about Giff77? http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=54451 might give it a try
I ended up buying single sachets from my LBS and wiggle etc to try and find one I could handle. Generally most sports drinks make me feel green. After much trial I am a big fan of Zero from High5. It is a tablet you drop into your water bottle. It is zero cal too and works well for me. On a recent sportive I took tablets with me to add to my bottles as I went.
Nowhere that I know of I'm afraid. High5 does a race pack with before, during and after nutrition and this has a mix of flavours. Chain Reaction are doing them for £8/9. This may be your best bet. If you are wanting a range different makers then your LBS is your best bet. Personally I would lay off the lucozade/gatorade as they tend to give you a short sharp rush but again that's my humble opinion
I'm just realising that your LBS is probably not that local. If you want I could grab a selection next time I'm in Glasgow and mail them to you?
