yeah they seem to be, but i'm not exactly a 'heavyweight', so most bike bits seem stiff to me. the only downside i think is that the handles may be slightly on the small side..although ive had no problems with them myself.
Thanks Fringe. One of the problems with my current wheelset is lack of stiffness. I'll live with a few extra grams if they hold the wheel solidly. Are the Planet X's rock solid, even when hauling out of the saddle?
