I was in the high cog in the front

Yeah, I was messing with that for awhile Dave, and it did help a little..
Found out in the end though and I am too embarrassed to say what it is..
No however, the chain jumps off the big cog when I shift from small to big in the front.. Taking it back to the store.. Should have been sorted out there
sounds like you might have to wind the low adjustment screw out half a turn to allow the chain to seat properly on the big cog.
