Still no full results lists online, but I did find a tweet on Twitter where someone was asking if Bellis was still in the main bunch, so it sounds like he started.
Unsure, here's the top 10
1. Arnaud Demare (Fra, FDJ-Big Mat)
2. Kris Boeckmans (Bel, Vacansoleil-DCM)
3. Adrien Petit (Fra, Cofidis)
4. Anthony Ravard (Fra, Ag2r-La Mondiale)
5. Giacomo Nizzolo (Ita, RadioShack-Nissan)
6. Maxime Vantomme (Bel, Team Katusha)
7. Romain Feillu (Fra, Vacansoleil-DCM)
8. Alexei Tsatevich (Rus, Rusvelo)
9. Jean-Luc Delpech (Fra, Bretagne-Schuller)
10. Matteo Trentin (Ita, Omega Pharma-Quick Step)
Demare again up at the front
Also Arnaud Demare is the youngest rider of all 18 WorldTour teams

Just checked somewhere else, Yes, it would seem himself and Jonathan Mould were racing for Sean Kelly, the other Brit in the race was Andrew Fenn with OPQ
I have linked an excel file with the riders listed
